Specialist facial reflexology working on reflex points of the face. Deeply relaxing and  includes a hot towel cleanse and the application of award winning zone face life elixir to nourish and hydrate your face. Facial reflexology works on reflexes of the face which mirrors your entire body to give you a holistic tension busting treatment and a facial skin glow.

Subtle reflexology techniques applies to the head and scalp. Cranial reflexology aims to relax and relieve tension held in the scalp, for general rebalancing and calming the mind. It's especially suitable for those needing support with trauma, grief and neurological issues such as dementia. 

 This full treatment is applied with client lying down.  No oils used. No need for clients to remove any clothes.

A gentle supportive reflexology treatment suitable for pregnancy. Working on the reflexes of both feet, this reflexology can assist in relaxation, managing anxiety, re-balancing and managing symptoms associated with pregnancy. It can help support your body as baby grows and you experience hormonal surges. Lovely time out for yourself and encourages babe to relax with you.

If you're unsure about which gua sha option, this session brings both together for the most complete reset. A fantastic and unique face and scalp tension relieving experience. the Great Gua Sha treatment combines a hot towel cleanse, scalp massage, lifting and sculpting techniques to smooth and contour the face. Balance and relaxation is promoted throughout by sing the crystal tools to massage and move energy.

Clare has been practicing Reiki for over 20 years and works intuitively. She is a master practitioner in both Usui and Angelic Reiki. Each sessions guided by your needs on the day and may include gentle sound, vocalisation or energetic support where appropriate.

Some clients experience deep relaxation, emotional release or a sense of clarity. Any intuitive insights are shared after.

The session begins with gentle relaxation and includes the use of ear candles, followed by gentle massage around the ears.

Cranial Reflexology focuses on the scalp area. Cranial reflexology aims to relax and relieve tension held in the scalp, for general rebalancing and calming . It can be adapted for those unable to lie flat and for babies and young children. 

Cranial Reflexology can improve symptoms for newborn babies such as colic, reflux, breastfeeding latch on, constipation, loose stools, birth trauma.

Cranial reflexology does not use oils and is done with clients fully clothed.
