Virtual Treatments
If you are looking for an award-winning treatment from the comfort of your own home, you can now access specialist Facial Reflexology and Zonefacelift self-care sesions via zoom. Don't worry if you've never tried it, I'll talk you through everything you'll need to know.

Clare's Virtual sessions offer specialist interactive tutorials and workshops to learn your choice of Facial Reflexology, Facial Massage, Gua Sha and Facial Cupping techniques. They may also include meditations and Visualisation to help deepen the relaxation experience.
What does a virtual treatment involve?
Before the call you will be sent a consultation form to complete and send back before the virtual session. You will be assessed using a range of questions designed to understand any symptoms you are experiencing and what I may may be able to support you with. I will formulate a bespoke treatment to fit your individual needs. Group sessions will follow a more generic treatment plan such as relaxation or targeting a specific area.
You will be sent a link to join a video call.
Once you are comfortable I will begin the practical element of the sesion and you will follow my techniques and mirror these on your own face. I will be able to see you and can check your pressure and technique every step of the way as I guide you through the treatment sequence. Tutorials and workshops also include relaxing and stretching movements and breathing techniques aimed to help you let go and release any stress
It is recommended that you have a series of treatments for maximum benefits and each one will be adapted according to your changing situation or symptoms.

Virtual Treatments
Virtual Facial Reflexology
A typical session would be approximately 35 minutes and includes an introductory chat and assessment.
A practical interactive facial reflexology sequence.
Feedback, aftercare advice and points to take away to practice at home.
You may like to have a freshly cleansed face and some facial oil ( or moisturiser) handy but it's not essential. I would recommend that your hair is off your face in a hair band or tied back.
Virtual Zone Face Lift
It is recommended that clients have a freshly cleansed face, and either tie the hair back or wear a hairband to keep the hair off the face. Have some facial oil ( or moisturiser) handy to apply and a guasha tool if you have one.
A typical session would be approximately 35 minutes and will include an introductory chat and assessment. A practical interactive zone face lift sequence. Feedback, aftercare advice and points to take away to practice at home.
Single treatments are lovely to try out the treatment for the first time and can make a lovely gift for someone. A programme of treatments are recommended if you are looking to see a visible difference and for longer lasting effects.
Distance Healing
Distance Reiki
Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing and can be sent to recipients wherever they are.
A typical session would be approximately 30 minutes and will include an introductory chat and assessment and follow up either by phone or by message, whichever you prefer.
The energy will reach you wherever you are and whatever you are doing however I would recommend a calm room free from distractions. You may prefer to be lying down or seated and have a blanket handy for comfort as required.
