Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. 

I set up Clare Arnold Therapies in South Queensferry in 2017 in order to follow my passion for Natural Complementary Therapies and to work more flexibly around childcare for my son. I believe in a Holistic approach to health and wellness and this involves physical, mental, emotional and spiritual practice

Prior to becoming a Holistic Therapist I have over 25 years experience as a General and Paediatric Nurse and Health Visitor. I enjoy working with people of all ages and stages of life. I believe a multi-faceted approach to health and well-being can help you to maintain a positive frame of mind and help you cope with life's difficulties. 

I love being able to help others manage symptoms, feel relaxed and re-energised and to boost  well-being. I believe in the mind body spirit connection and one cannot be in optimal health of there is an imbalance in any area. 

Complementary Therapies can assist you through difficult times and maintain your health and well-being when all is going well. It is also an excellent way of ageing well without the need for cosmetic surgery 

I personally have gained healing and support through spiritual growth and alternative therapies when bereaved, going through IVF, pregnancy loss, relationship breakdown and perimenopause. 

I am passionate about Womens health and well-being and that of their children. I aim to create a safe space to rest, recuperate and restore. My longer term vision is to create well-being retreats for Mums and children.
