We hold  tension stress in our scalp and face which can show up as greying skin, pain, lines and wrinkles in our face making us look older. let me help you release the emotions held in your face by massaging and sculpting your head, neck and face to give you back your glow.

Begin your experience with a herbal cleanse and smudge.  Your mini retreat experience  will include deep gentle cleansing of your skin using hot towels, magical mist toner, gentle exfoliation and the application of a soothing and hydrating face mask. While the mask is on I will talk you through a guided visualisatin. meditation to help you relax. After this a nourishing and hydrating skin elixir will be gently massaged into your skin. You will receive a blend of  treatments to massage, tone and sculpt the face and boost lymphatic drainage leaving you feeling soothed and rejuvenated session
