Maximise the benefits of your treatment by doing theMax following, where possible:

Drink plenty of water or herbal tea - this helps eliminate toxins from your body
Avoid heavy meals and caffeinated drinks such as cola or coffee for 24 hours
Enjoy light or moderate exercise / activity but avoid anything too strenuous for 24 hours
Avoid the consumption of cigarettes and alcohol for 24 hours
Eat a varied nutritious diet

Brush your hair regularly to distribute natural oils and promote hair growth
use gentle , natural products that don't strip the scalp of vital oils
Protect your hair from sun, chemicals and heated styling products
