Facial Reflexology - The Bergman Method
The incredible Bergman Method has been developed over 20 years and uses a combination of traditional reflexology, Native American techniques and Asian body maps.
Reflex points are worked on around the face to provide a deeply relaxing holistic treatment. Each 45 minute facial reflexology treatment involves relaxation techniques, hot towels, the application of the beautiful zone face lift cleanser and nourishing elixir.

Zone Facelift

Zone face lift is recommended to be a 12 week programme of weekly sessions for maximum results. However there are different options depending on your needs and desired outcomes.A single treatment is typically 75 minutes in length.
Each Zone face lift treatment includes relaxation moves, hot towels, the application of the beautiful zone face lift cleanser followed by the application of the nourishing elixir.
The treatment itself comprises of a full facial reflexology session and further stimulating massage techniques. The zone face lift elixir or facial oil will then be reapplied as many times as required ensuring your skin is nourished and hydrated. Facial massage uses a combination of the therapists hands, sculpting and lifting Gua sha tools, quartz crystals, facial roller and in addition facial cupping techniques may be included depending on client needs and the intuition of the therapist. A unique combination of re-balancing, relaxation and rejuvenation.
Smudging, a holistic facial and visualisations are included as part of 3, 6 & 12 week programmes.
This amazing treatment boosts circulation, collagen production, lifts and tones sagging skin, softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and gives the skin a beautiful glow.

Zone Face Lift Elixir
This incredible Zone Face Lift Elixir is used in all our Facial Reflexology and Zone face lift treatments.
It was developed by Ziggie Bergman herself, the founder of zone face lift. It smells delicious and is rich with healing and magical herbs from the Native Americans. The elixir is infused with an amethyst crystal which helps to calm any emotional imbalances and supports neurological conditions. The elixir tones and hydrates the skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helps you to look radiant.
