I am extremely grateful for your custom and support since opening in 2017. As I'm sure you will appreciate my time is my business and no shows or late cancellations can really affect my income and also childcare arrangements. I have therefore put in place a cancellation policy to best serve both my my business and you.
It's understandable that sometimes you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. If you have a genuine emergency your cancellation fee will be transferred to a future appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule please give me the opportunity to rebook an appointment by giving as much notice as possible. Any missed appointments ( no shows) or late cancellations ( less than 24 hours notice) will be charged in full and NOT credited to a future appointment time.
If you are less than 20 minutes late for an appointment you will be given your treatment as per minus the time you were late. If you are more than 20 minutes late it is classed as a no show.
