I’m Clare, a holistic therapist, Reiki Master, and former nurse and health visitor. My work brings together clinical understanding, intuitive healing, and a deep awareness of how life experiences shape the body, mind, and energy system.

Alongside my professional background, my path has been informed by lived experience, which has cultivated a strong sensitivity to grief, emotional complexity, and the importance of feeling safe within the healing process. This informs everything I offer - from the pace of my sessions to the way space is held with care and respect.

As a mum, I’m deeply aware of the many roles women navigate and the unseen weight that often comes with them. My therapies, circles, and workshops are created to be grounding, nurturing, and non-invasive - places where you don’t need to explain yourself, and where rest is welcomed.

I believe healing is not something to be forced or fixed. It unfolds gently, when we feel supported, listened to, and allowed to be exactly where we are.
